Dear Fellow Residents of the Garrisonville District of Stafford,
I feel privileged to have served as your representative on the Stafford County School Board for the last two years. I am now grateful for the opportunity to serve as your appointed representative on the Stafford County Board of Supervisors, filling the vacancy created when Mark Dudenehefer was elected to the Virignia House of Delegates. I am now asking for your vote to fill the remainder of the term. The special election is scheduled for April 3rd. Please Remember to vote.
I have called Stafford County home since moving here with the Marine Corps in June of 1994. My wife Liz and I have raised three children in this community, and intend to stay here long-term. Stafford County is already a “great” place, and has the potential to be an “exceptional” place. The ability of our community to realize that potential is highly dependent on teamwork and transparency, and requires a wide range of experiences, perspectives, and skills to make it happen.
I seek this position with great energy and enthusiasm, and respectfully request your vote so that I may extend and expand my existing record of service to the citizens of the Garrisonville District and Stafford County as a whole. I wish to serve as your representative on the team that is responsible for ensuring that Stafford County reaches its full potential for its current residents and future generations.
My background and experience, proven abilities, balanced perspective, and effective working relationships already in place make me uniquely and immediately able to serve effectively in this role.
Thank you for your support and again, remember to vote on 3 April.
Ty
